 The Furama Resort also caters to corporate meetings and seminars for up to 600 people. Wide covered terraces with uninterrupted views of the ocean or lagoon surround all function rooms creating ideal locations for breaks and meals. The latest audio-visual technology is available.
 
 Business travellers can also take advantage of a fully equipped business centre with work stations, desktop computers and printers, small private meeting rooms, and a full range of business and secretarial services.
 
 Ocean Room : The Ocean Room is located on the upper level of the main pavilion. It can accommodate receptions of up to 450 people, with table set-up dining for up to 300 people and seminars for up to 220 people.
 
 Gallery Rooms : The Gallery Rooms can accommodate receptions of up to 120 people, with table set-up dining for up to 80 people and meetings for up to 100 people.
 
 Business Centre : To keep in close touch with your business, The Business Centre offers the latest communications facilities as well as work stations, desktop computers and printers, a small private meeting room and a full range of business and secretarial services. THE RESTAURANT AND BAR
 
 When the prestigious Epicurean Review magazine in the US named the Furama Resort Danang as “Asia’s Best Resort Hotel”, it singled out the Furama’s standards of culinary and hospitality excellence. But that is just part of the story of this fabulous resort’s restaurants and bars.
 
 Guests can enjoy a wonderful variety of Asian and international cuisines in romantic settings that take full advantage of their splendid location a stone’s throw from famed China Beach and the cool sea breezes of Pacific Ocean.
 
 Ocean Terrace Restaurant : The Ocean Terrace - Overlooking the white sands of China Beach, this casual restaurant provides a peaceful, poolside setting for al fresco dining. A Mediterranean-inspired menu offers garden fresh salads, Italian appetizers, delicious pastas, and crisp pizzas and Italian breads baked in wood-fired ovens. A fine selection of Italian wines and Grappas are also available. The 80-seat restaurant opens from 6:30 am to 11 pm.
 
 Ocean Terrace Bar : The open bar, sets in a beautiful ocean front setting, serves a wide variety of refreshing drinks, cocktails and alcoholic treats. Open daily from 6:30am to 11:00pm.
 
 Cafe Indochine : This is the Furama’s signature restaurant, an Asian-style brassiere recalling the nostalgia of the French colonial period with its rattan furniture, ceiling fans, French windows and old photographs and memorabilia on the walls. By day, it is a bright, cheerful place for light snacks, while at night it turns more romantic and features Vietnamese cultural performances.
 
 Guests can savors a wide range of international and pan-Asian cuisines served by waitresses in traditional ao dai outfits. There is an exotic menu of Vietnamese, Chinese, Malay, Thai, Indian and Indonesian favorites prepared in the open show kitchens or over the barbecue. The 140-seat restaurant is open daily from 6:30 am to 11 pm.
 
 Lagoon Bar : This bar is located beside the Lagoon Pool, The Lagoon Bar is a lush, tropical oasis for colorful cocktails, long drinks and light snacks. Open daily from 08:00 am to 07:00 pm.
 
 Hai Van Lounge : Guests enjoy cocktails and light snacks in a very relaxed colonial setting decorated with cane chairs and carved Vietnamese furniture. A pianist entertains in the evenings. Free wireless Internet access is available at the outlet. Open daily from 10:00 am to 02:00 am.
 
 THEME PARTIES
 
 The hotel special theme events are designed for the incentive travel planners and reflect the rich culture and history of Vietnam.
 
 Vietnam Night : A sumptuous buffet style dinner set in our luxuriously decorated Gallery Rooms. With polished hardwood floors, lighted glass and wooden shelves displaying pieces of cultural art, eight wonderfully sculptured wooden entrance doors, fresh flower arrangements, oil lamps and staff dressed in the traditional costume of dark blue silken Ao Dai it’s the perfect venue for elegant parties and banquets.
 
 Barbecue Beach Party : ‘Barbecue Beach Party’ allow guests to dine and dance under the stars while enjoying the feeling of the white sandy ‘Sunrise Beach’ under their toes. Gathered round a fantastic charcoal barbecue guests dine at tables of eight. Two grill stations serve up the freshest seafood, fish and meats cooked right before their eyes. Combined with a huge salad bar, soup station, home made breads and a French dessert buffet the ‘Barbecue Beach Party’ invites guests to enjoy the elegance of their surroundings while maintaining a casual atmosphere.
 
 Pirates Night : To add to the fun of our ‘Barbecue Beach Party’ the beach can also be transformed into the scene of swash-buckling extravagance with guests dressed in pirate costume as they sit amongst fishing boats, wooden crates and rum bottles while a local band fills the night with music. Half way through dinner the pirates of the Furama will also invade them as they act out a fiery performance complete with sword fights, dancing and merriment.
 
 Indochine Night : The ‘Indochine Night’ provides a nostalgic return to a bygone era. This elegant soiree recreates the French colonial period of Vietnamese history with a gala dinner buffet. Complete with show cooking and traditional Vietnamese orchestra guests will be serenaded throughout the evening while beautiful dancers enchant with delight.
 
 Each round table with eight seats will be covered with white table cloths and chair covers. Tables will be exquisitely decorated with white candles and roses, fine chinaware, tropical fruits and Cham sculptures. The venue will also be completely transformed into a theater like setting with Persian carpets, white sofas - with hand-embroidered cushions, low tables with oil lamps and exotic fruit displays. French newspapers, goldfish - swimming in an aquarium, a dozen of multi-colored birds hanging in bamboo cages, hanging silk lanterns and hundreds of candles all add to the ambiance of this nostalgic event.
 
 The Danang Mystic Night : Highlighting elements of ancient Vietnamese civilization the ‘Danang Mystic Night’ is a dynamic blend of cultural tastes and sounds. Traditional dressed Mandarins and Vietnamese musicians will greet the guests with a drum spectacular as they enter the thatched roofed restaurant adorned with yellow silk lanterns and buffet stations decorated as ancient market stands as well as wait staff clothed in period costumes.
 
 Seated around tables of eight, with ivory colored silk tablecloths and yellow silk wrapped chairs, guests will be entertained throughout the evening by a traditional Vietnamese Orchestra and a magnificent Lion Dance performance. To add to the entertainment the chefs, also dressed in traditional costume, will dazzle the guests while preparing the most delicious tastes of Vietnamese cuisine right before their eyes.
 
 Dragon Boat Evening Excursion on the Han River : Set Across from the Cham Museum in the Danang City Center, guests will debark on an evening cruise along the beautiful Han River. Pre-dinner cocktails will be served on the first floor of the wonderfully decorated riverboat while an International Dinner Buffet is soon to follow on the second floor. Guests will enjoy the relaxing view as they float along the river dinning at set tables of eight and being served by elegantly dressed wait staff. An experience not to be missed and that will never be forgotten.
 
 Gala Dinner : One of the great imperial palaces of the Nguyen Dynasty is what the courtyard of the Furama Resort is transformed into for the ‘Gala Dinner party’. With tiffany lit palm trees, flower decorations springing from the reflection pool, hanging silk lanterns, imperial silk umbrellas, exotic fruit and flower displays and white candles, it is as if you were transported to another time.
